General

You are not legally required to provide us with any personal information when using the Website or the Services. Sharing your personal information with us is based on your will and consent. However, providing certain information may be necessary in order for us to respond to your inquiry or provide specific Services. For example, without your contact details we cannot respond to your request; similarly, without the contact details of a specific Recipient, we cannot identify that Recipient and provide information about a shipment.

The Services are intended for users over the age of 18. Minors under this age are not allowed to use the Services except through a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18 and/or do not have legal capacity, you must not use the Services and you must not provide us with any information.

As a general rule, information about Recipients is processed under commercial agreements between Bar Group and the relevant Customer. As a rule, personal information of Recipients processed in the course of shipping and providing Services belongs to the Customer who ordered the shipment and/or Service. Therefore, if you are a Recipient using our Services under a Customer, and you wish to exercise your rights and/or obtain information about the data we process on behalf of that Customer, you should contact that Customer directly.
